My company has been using CyberLynk's AgentSpam for about 2 months now and have had a dramatic decrease in Spam.
From about 150 unwanted e-mails a day to only one or two per person. Using CyberLynk's reporting process it is only a
two step process to keep ahead of any new spam that does get through your filter.

Being a graphics arts and web design firm with clients from Pennsylvania to California, we
rely on our email more than most companies. Wading through endless Spam emails to find important client
requests became such a burden that something needed to be done.
Filtering our email on a domain wide basis was our first attempt. Even after deleting emails
that contained phrases such as “Earn More Money”, “You’re Approved”, “You’re Free Gift”, etc., each of
our company’s email accounts was still receiving hundreds of Spam emails every day.
Cyberlynk’s Agent Spam solved our problems. It immediately cut Spam in the hundreds down to
2 or 3 per account. Initially we used the “ROUTETO” Spam Filtering Action to verify that no valid
emails were being lost. Over the next two months, after checking through thousands of emails that
were routed to out “spam” account, not one valid email was incorrectly caught by Agent Spam. At that
point we simply switched the Spam Filtering Action to “DELETE”.
Like I said, we still get 2 or 3 per day, per account which would most likely be eliminated
by using the “Agent Spam Rule Processor” which is available online. But, with only 2 or 3 per day instead
of hundreds, I am just too lazy to take the time to do it.
Now, thanks to Cyberlynk and Agent Spam, when emails are downloading, we know that they are
going to be relevant to our daily business operations.
